You have the right to know exactly what you can expect if you’re considering Home Storage Remedies for your home organization project. To that end, we spell it out for you here in 3 easy parts–from first call to warranty repairs.

You can call us directly, or fill out the Contact Me form and we’ll call at a convenient time for you.
We're accommodating
Our appointments are set with a one hour window between 9AM and 5PM Monday-Saturday. For some people that may not work. If your schedule requires something special, we’ll always try to accommodate you. We’re also happy to call in advance of our appointment to coordinate our arrival time–in case you need to do a little traveling yourself.
Help us plan
Please tell us what your project might entail so that we schedule enough time. Typically an appointment takes less than 45 minutes, but it could take a couple of hours depending on your project.
Where we'll go
We offer full, in-home service in the following areas: Pueblo & Pueblo West, Security-Widefield, Colorado Springs, Falcon, Peyton, Ute Pass, Woodland Park, Monument, Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, Centennial, and Littleton. If you’re outside this area, we invite you to explore our DIY Store.

 

The Consultation.

We come to learn
We’re not about selling you something you don’t need. To that end, we come to listen and learn. When we understand the problem, then we can talk about possible solutions.
We'll explain all
Once we understand the problem, we’ll explain what, specifically, we can offer as a solution; if anything.
Itemized estimates
We itemize our estimates to give you more control. Not everyone buys everything, and others buy everything but in phases. By itemizing we’ll both have all have the information we need to complete any portion of your order when you’re ready to do it.
No pressure
We never pressure you to buy. We don’t employ sales tricks or games designed to get you to sign. Instead, we offer great products at fair and honest prices.  Given time to consider, we’re confident you’ll choose us over our competition.
Ordering & Payments
We’re happy to take your order when you’re ready to place it–be that our first meeting, or weeks (or even months) later. When you tell us “go,” we’ll schedule your installation appointment right then. Typically we can schedule your job within days–a couple of weeks at the most–and we’ll give you a sense of how long we’ll need once we arrive. As for payments; we generally don’t require a deposit unless the project is fairly large or requires materials we don’t keep on hand. Most of our jobs don’t require any payments until the installation is complete. At that point, we prefer cash or check, but also accept Visa and Mastercard.

Installation & After

Installation Scheduling
Once we get your go-ahead we can immediately schedule your installation. Again, we schedule with a one hour window between 9AM-5PM, Monday-Saturday, but will always try to accommodate your specific scheduling needs. We’ll give you a good estimate of how much time we’ll need once we arrive.
We clean up
We never leave a mess behind us and are always respectful of your home and belongings.
Problems get priority
Problems aren’t common, but they do come up. When they do, they become our priority. Usually we can solve them within the day, but almost always within 24 hours.
Be happy
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us for as long as you own it. To that end we protect you with our “Never Worry” Warranty. Moreover, addressing any issue that may arise will be a priority for us–usually completed within 48 hours.
